It would then sit in someone’s inbox, sometimes so long it became out of date and stale, before being forwarded on to the correct salesperson it should have been with all along.
eTac Consulting worked with this sales department to create automation that opens emails, reads the subject, contents, and attachments, and forwards the email directly to the correct department based upon the information the email contains. The automation utilizes a customizable routing system to send the email straight to the appropriate person in the appropriate region in a timely manner.
